Refund Policy

First-time subscribers

If you're trying Kabayan VPN for the first time and it's not right for you, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.

Renewals & ongoing subscriptions

Beyond the initial 7-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. When you cancel, your access continues to work until you cancel and is then removed immediately, and you simply won't be charged again — but we don't provide partial refunds for time remaining in an active billing period.

How to request a refund

Contact us via the details on our website within the applicable window, including the email address associated with your account. Refunds for payments made via GCash through PayMongo are processed back to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear. For direct manual GCash transfers, refunds are issued back to the same GCash account.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, such as repeated sign-up-refund cycles on the same identity or payment method.

Your statutory rights

This policy doesn't limit any refund or cancellation rights you're entitled to under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or region, where applicable.
